The companies getting to 50%+ adoption aren’t just buying better tools. They’re doing change management work:

- Cultural preparation through upskilling programs and governance frameworks
- Success story evangelization vs top-down mandates
The inability to align four moving parts—people, data, governance, and business incentives—is what causes most AI projects to stall.
