Count me in for the consortium. I also want to add apprenticeships. I have run this with 8 people over 5 years. Success rate: 7 out of 8. Mentorship is how we build a sustainable industry.

The market correction is coming. Q3-Q4 2026: first wave of AI did not deliver realizations. 2027: market normalizes. The answer is all of the above plus market correction. I am optimistic this will be temporary.
