AI Agents Need RBAC Too: Why Your Platform Must Treat Bots Like Users in 2026

This is the architectural conversation we should have had two years ago, but I’m glad we’re having it now.

This phased approach lets you prove value at each stage while building organizational buy-in.

I’m not saying we shouldn’t implement agent RBAC (we absolutely should!). But the best security architecture in the world doesn’t matter if users can’t understand or control it.
