Welcome to TianPan.co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://tianpan.co (the "Site") and all related services provided by TianPan.co ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Eligibility​

3.2 Payment Processing​

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

3.3 Recurring Billing​

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

3.4 Refunds​

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

4. Intellectual Property​

4.1 Our Content​

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, articles, graphics, logos, code, and software — is owned by or licensed to TianPan.co and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except as permitted under fair use or other applicable law.

We do not warrant that:

  • Any content is accurate, complete, or current
  • Any defects will be corrected

The content on this Site — including articles on system design, software engineering, investing, and cryptocurrency — is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIANPAN.CO AND ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TianPan.co and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination​

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in San Francisco, California. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

12. Changes to These Terms​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement​

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TianPan.co regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
